I looked at the Certificate Manager again and realised that I could just click the ‘Make Private Key’ button in the flow to continue instead of sending them the .info file.
I’ve successfully created a few users now and created views for them and they appear to be functioning.
Thanks for the heads up on the patch. I had it installed, but hadn’t mentioned it.
