The other weird part is, all the segments I am getting the error on, are in the outbound message…..

Were you able to get this to work?  I am looking to do the same thing.  I am on a unix server aix 5.3.0.  I opened the url  but wasn’t sure what I needed and if it was  going to work on aix.
