You could try using a Database Lookup Table in your .xlt but because this wil only give you 1 return parameter, I think you should use a select statement that combines name and DOB in 1 result field so you can parse that field in an extra .xlt action (either use a post_proc or an @temp_var to process the results in another actions)

Just got a respons from our support organisation and they told me that there are 2 new parameters in “Options >  Site Preferences > Database Configurations” to influence the number of accepted connections to a database.

Initial Pool Size & Maximum Pool Size, both parameters apparently  have a default value of 1.

I was adviced to put a higher value (ie. 5) in the Maximum Pool Size

          Hello,

We’ve been experiencing the same sort of problems after we migrated from 20.1.2 to 20.1.3. And like you we couldn’t find any usefull info in the log files.

We solved most of our problems bij making sure that we run only 1 database action per process.

            Why use a TCL proc?

I’ve had a similar problem and used an xlate with an iterate on the OBR level and inside that iterate I check on the contents (or lack thereof) of the OBX segment and use that info to decide if I need to do a pathcopy of that specific OBR part of the message.

I’ve been looking at the same issue, but couldn’t figure out how to set the cloverleaf environment from a powershell script.

I wanted to make a script that can restart a thread from within a powershell script.

                By the way….

it’s still unclear to me how the password construction works.

Especially if you want to use a SMAT DB file from a production site on a testsite where the sitename is different.

I would also like to be able to store the SMAT history files on a different location (ie. not in the cloverleaf directory).

Haven’t worked with the new SMAT DB that much yet, but I do miss an option to copy info from the metadata parameters.

                  For example the MID.

Same goes for the ErrorDB tool.

It also would be helpfull to show the Userdata as a column in the search result list.

I have a slightly different recurring problem.

I use the IDE on my PC to connect to my cloverleaf 6.0.2 (vmware) server.

I regularly don’t receive output when using the testing tool.

When that happens I start the IDE on the vmware server and redo the test. On the server I never have problems getting the output from the testing tool.

I added a meta tag in the header of the cloverleaf.htm file, to force IE7 emulation.

I have similar problems when I’m using the testing tool on the client that’s installed on my PC (Win7). It doesn’t work about 50% of the time.

The problem might be connected to the fact that I often change between different cloverleaf servers with my PC client and this results in regular (1 minute+) timeouts when I try to start the Network Monitor or Configurator, I still haven’t figured out the cause of this delay.

Anyway, I usually end up using the testing tool on a client that I’ve started on my Win2008 cloverleaf server, it always works fine on the server.

                          I’m using v6.0.1

I found a workaround for this problem.

I started using the “Only list the information for threads in question in alert message” option in Site Options / Alert Configuration.

But I knew that adding the set rc “” would prevent my error message.

However if I do that I still won’t have info on why the odbc statement failed to put into my gc_dbHandleODBCError call….
