<p>Not resolved yet. TCPView is certainly a lot more useful than netstat. I&#8217;ve noticed that on a VPN connection, when opening Net Monitor that all the same ports connect as for a local connectection but one of them goes into TIME_WAIT after being ESTABLISHED. Unfortunately that doesn&#8217;t tell me a lot. </p>

The problem is the msiAttach command takes 15 to 20 seconds to execute and this would seriously impact the interface. I get the same result in Cloverleaf version 5.6 and version 6.0.</p>

<p>I think that&#8217;s how it&#8217;s supposed to work &#8211; just opening an empty editor. Cloverleaf doesn&#8217;t associate it with a tcl script or anything else.</p>
<p>I find the easiest way is to use a Windows editor (I use ConText) to enter the tcl script and then cut and paste into Cloverleaf.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>OK, Ive got the environment issue sorted and I&#8217;ve appended the dsn to the Data Direct ODBC.ini but I&#8217;m getting a connection error in tcl: &#8216;Connect Status: SQL_ERROR&#8217;.</p>
<p>This appears to indicate a problem with the dsn entry. Is it possible to diagnose the problem within tcl to a greater level of granularity?</p>

Another thread could select the messages in the database every x seconds, check the datetime stamp for the correct time lapse, flag them as processed and send the messages out.</p>

<p>I tried purge caches in a test environment and it successfully loaded the revised Xlate. So I bit the bullet and did it in the production environment . . . looks good. I also reloaded the tcl procs just in case.</p>
