									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>if i sign in as hci and run a setsite or any other cloverleaf specific command, everything is fine.</p>
<p>i tried running a very simple script by hand (while still being signed in as hci in the same terminal as above):<br />
setsite test1<br />
cd $HCISITEDIR<br />
pwd</p>
<p>the setsite line errors out saying:<br />
&#8220;/message_logs/new.sh: line 1: setsite: command not found&#8221;</p>
