									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I think I figured it out. &nbsp;Evidently when you change the SMAT History preferences you need to cycle all the processes in your site to get it to start working. &nbsp;I&#8217;m not sure if that is what is meant by &#8220;Engine&#8221; but it seems to work.</p>
