									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If I look at the original HL7 there are 3 IN1 segments but I&#8217;m still only getting 1. &nbsp;Same with the IN2 segment. &nbsp;<br />
I made the changes like you said but still no luck. &nbsp;Normally I don&#8217;t have this much trouble but&#8230;..</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I think I understand what you are saying but I&#8217;m not sure what to put in the pre-proc of the xlate. &nbsp;<br />
You are correct, I need certain service locations to be filtered. &nbsp;<br />
I have 2 xlates built, one with a filter and one without and I created 2 HCI_Static_route_1<br />
HCI_Static_route_2<br />
This sort of works but I seem to still have issues sometimes.</p>
