									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Thank you very much for all the replies. In my own little way I was able to determine that it will kill messages that did not have &#8216;E&#8217; in PV2 and PV3 is empty, but I wanted to make sure that the code was not doing anything else.</p>
