<p>I&#8217;m trying to use a java/ws-client protocol thread to access a REST webservice using TLS. Here&#8217;s the message I got from the process logfile:</p>
<p>com.hie.util.process.ProcessExecException: Cannot run program &#8220;nullbinhcicrypt&#8221;: CreateProcess error=2, The system cannot find the file specified</p>
