Our discs are an EMC disc farm.
Our test system has been up 3 weeks with nightly backups and compress.
No issues to date. We plan to bring production up in about 2 weeks.

We manually edited that field size to 500K. Our messages are generally over 150K. The main issue is storage of these bloated messages.

This was ours.
The line commented out was for 5.4.

The LIBPATH is for 5.8.
Give it a try.

Sorry I forgot to mention it initally. Take a look in the install error log. Look for the word ERROR. I used the uninstall procedure supplied, then cleaned the system to ensure that things were back to normal. Did another install and no errors in the log. I cannot account for the ERROR on the first install.

The release notes point out some issues with HL7 that you need to address.
I’m in the process of migrating some test sites for tuning.
