<p>I have a weird character mapping issue similar to this, running on Cloverleaf 6.1.</p>
<p>The incoming transactions are sent to my system in ISO-8859-1 and this is also what I want to send them out to the end points as.</p>
<p>On both the inbound and outbound pipes I have set the encoding to ISO-8859-1.
