XML tester error

I have been asked to set up a process to get two different systems using the same application to share data via XML. The application name is Visual Cactus. It supports XML both inbound and outbound but unfortunately they were not designed to talk to each other. Attached is a .zip file that has an example .xml file and a schema created using XMLSpy from that same file. I can get the schema to compile in Cloverleaf but when I try to test it using the tester I receive :

[0:TEST] Fatal Error generated during parsing. – The attribute ‘xmlns:xsi’ is already used in element ‘FormattedReport’ – Line 3, Col 176

The ourtest.xml is from Crystal Reports. The ourtest.xsd and ourtest1.xsd was created by XMLSpy.

I have no experiance with XML, XMLSpy or XML is Cloverleaf.

Can anybody give me an idea what it is that I am doing wrong?
