      Any body out there had done any thing with Clover and XML, I mean conversions to DOC etc,  If so please post details.

          We have several XML -> XML translations. What kind of details are you looking for?

            Just curious have you done these transaltions to XML on the engine or outside the engine? I mean by a TPS?

              We have done our XML translations inside the engine, with normal xlates. The only problem we had was with ‘maxOccurs = “9999”‘ that we had in several XSDs. Cloverleaf (mainly the testing tool) didn’t react too well with that so we changed it into ‘maxOccurs = “unbounded”. After this everything worked well.

              What you will find is that if there is an error (a required field is not filled) you will get a very weird error message; mostly about the field AFTER the field that gives the error. So watch out with that.
