      why this xlate not triggering ?  Thanks for any help

          We are gong to need more information than that.

          Are there any Tcl procs in the Pre Xlate route? How is the TrxId determined? There are probably other things to consider.

          Have you tried to turn up the EO and see if anything presents itself in the Process Log?

            Changed the variant and it worked.  Thanks for insightful suggestions, everyday I learn in this forum.
