Xlate: Allow dynamic specification of Table Name

It would be helpfull if I could reference anything besides a Table name in the Table name field inside the TABLE Action properties in Xlate.

This should be allowed to be anything, temp variable, inbound datum, outbound datum, etc. The value contained in the indirect reference (a temp variable for example) would contain the actual name of the table (without the .tbl extension).

This would enhance the potential of constructing reusable Xlates which derive data with identical keys from different Tables for different situations without resorting to Tcl.

This would extend the flexibility of the Table Lookup without Tcl intervention.
