x12 data dictionary for 270/271

Hello,

We are beginning a new x12 interface for 270/271 eligibility transactions.

Does anyone know of a data dictionary that can be downloaded for translating the code values? Are there any tables already created for use with Cloverleaf?  There are ways we could get the tables built, but we’re hoping for an easier solution.
