Winsurge – PDF encoding.

Running cloverleaf 5.8. AIX 6.0.

I need to decode a message with the tcl unencode base 64.

I have done this for several systems. So I’m ok with the TCL part of this.

The problem is with winsurge all the PDF’s are coming across as blank.

I figure it has to do with the default encoding, for most system I just use the utf-8.   This works fine.

So question has any body used the TCL Decode pdf stuff with winsurge ?

If so can you offer an old guy some help.
