      Hello

We loaded 5.4.1 on a Windows server and are unable to keep the process up.  This is what shows up in the error log for the process.

[msi :msi :ERR /0:winsupport_cmd:12/11/2008 12:02:53] msiShmemAttach: Can’t create shmem file ‘c:quovadxqdx5.4.1integratorwinsupport/exec/monitorShmemFile’: No error

[msi :msi :ERR /0:winsupport_cmd:12/11/2008 12:02:53] msiGlobalInit: Couldn’t attach memory region

[prod:prod:ERR /0:winsupport_cmd:12/11/2008 12:02:53] Initialization of global shared memory failed

We created a brand new site and new process and get the same problem.  Any ideas?

      Thanks

Thanks Rob.  We did get a Rev2 patch and now are able to bring processes up.
