Wild card messages aren’t working on multi-site config

AIX running  version 6.0.2.

I have set up a multi-site configuration on our test box.

Any messages using a static route are working, but none of the

wild card routing are working????

Any ideas???

The sending is using a localhost with a specific port number.

Using a static route  raw configuration.

The receiving is using the same port number.

I would suggest reviewing your wild card expression; it is likely a syntax issue. I often think I have the expression correct, then after messages fail to route in my route test, realize that I had it wrong! 🙁

I’ve checked that, re-copying and re-entering it.

It’s the same as production.  And yes, the wild card box is checked.   🙂

Double check that you have the correct TRX ID Determination format configured.

When our organization when up with 6.0.2, we discovered the new check-box under it called “Remove all messages when any route detail fails” caused some confusing routing behavior.  It is checked by default but removing the check box resolved those issues for us.

Thanks for the replies all.  I’ve checked and double checked all those things mentioned.  I finally bit the bullet and opened a point with Infor support. So far, they are at a loss as to what the issue is.  I’ll post when we get it figured out.

Turned out James C. was correct after all.

I looked in one place that had the HL7 defined, but not the correct one.

So…limping for a while after the self-inflected shot-to-the-foot.   😳
