Where are the hci_a2e and hci_e2a tables stored?

We have an inbound connection to Siemens for ADT. Siemens sends EBCDIC messages and so we need the hcitpstblconvert proc on the inbound tab and that proc needs a table as an input parameter and we use hci_e2a.tbl. I am trying to find where that table is stored and I have looked and searched everywhere but no joy. Anyone have an idea where it is?

The table can be found inside hciStart.tlib which is in the following location:

$HCIROOT/tcl/lib/cloverleaf
