What is the cost for Basic Security in Cloverleaf?

I was wondering if anyone had the cost of a license for Basic Security. I have been tasked with this today and was just wondering.

  I am pretty sure Cloverleaf comes with Basic Security (it comes de-activated – you need to activate it).
  
  Advanced Security is an extra charge add-on.

  The on-line Cloverleaf docs say a lot about this. I would look at the Appendix B of Users Guide, Volume 2 (Certificate Manager) for starters. This references another section called Security Upgrade Utility. At least this is 5.5Rev1.
