What I need to do is get them into a format that I can post on our share point server. Does anyone have any good ideas, on the best way to do this.
I was thinking of importing them to an excel spread sheet.
Any one done any thing like this ?

I was asked if we lost all the backups. And the engine died could we recreate the interfaces.
I said no we don’t have that level of documentations.
So the said well go make it.

With each change control, I also make sure I add the changes to this Visio. The Visio and all of the supporting documentation is on an offsite server.
Rebuild would be easy since I have copies of all of the necessary files.

would it be possible to get a copy of your visio document? We are in the process of documenting our engines here at Mt.Sinai, and that would be a great start.
thanks so much

Sounds interesting. Hope you’re not overwhelmed by requests. I’d love to get a copy of your visio documentation also.
Thanks,
Why not save yourself some trouble and post it as an attachment.
If you are sharing, I would love a copy as well. This will greatly help with the multitude of interface implementations that I have going on concurrently.

If it will why not just copy your backup files to the SharePoint server or some other off site location?
