Web Services to Kentucky Health Information Exchange

All,

I’m currently working on a project to convert the Kentucky Health Information Exchange (KHIE) from the old vendor to the new vendor of Deliotte.  Has anyone worked with this system before that can give me some help?  Having an issue where the response message comes back, and from the Messsage Logging the response looks good.  But when the Cloverleaf system processes it I get an error of A required header representing a Message Addressing Property is not present.  I have verified that the new WSDL has the UsingAddressing parameter set to false, and the parameter inside Cloverleaf I have turned off, yet I get this error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
