Web service is disabled error on iOS GM mobile app

When I attempt to connect to GM 20.1, I’m getting an error:

“Web service is disabled on the Global Monitor Server”

My IT support folks assure me that all services are running on the GM server.

Global Monitor works from a browser on my desktop.

Any ideas?

  Hi Jeff,
  
  I just set up 20.1 myself and for me it was always a firewall issue somewhere associated with the new port. Especially if you either are using a public ip or your security department has really gone crazy with zero trust.
