Vista DB errors weekly

Hello,

    We are having an issue from time to time with one of our processes.  The process crashes with a vista DB error.  It seems to happen once a week at this point, usually in the AM.  We are able to clear with hcilmclear and get the process back up with ease.  The question I am writing about is the why the error?  Is there something we can look at and correct so that this does not happen anymore?  Other processes are fine, it’s just this one.

The only thing that comes to mind is that there is a process that is running at the time of the error that is checking the error/recovery databases and it is erroring out.

Is it always at the same time?  Is it an operator that is doing something?

Just a few thoughts.
