It has just dawned on me that CL version 19.1 and above use a different encryption for sqlite than earlier versions.  Most of you may be aware but I was not.  In fact, it seems that the sqlite command runs SQLCipher instead of generic sqlite.

If you are going to use the hcismatdb script that I provided, and possibly others, to work with an encrypted SMAT DB from a previous version with CL 19.1+ you must migrate the databases using the hcismatcrypt migrate command:

      Usage:
      hcismatcrypt <command> [<args>]

      Commands:
      validatekey validate encryption key
      rekey change encryption key
      migrate cipher migrate

      Usage:
      hcismatcrypt migrate [options]

      Options:
      <smatdbName/smatdbDir> smatdb name or dir
If it is a dir, migrate all *.smatdb under the dir
      <smatdbKey> encryption key

Note: For some reason the docs do not show the migrate option to the command.  At least not with the docs I have.

      I hope this helps.
