      I’ve read a few threads about upgrades, but nothing had exactly what I desire.

          I would recommend doing a search on “5.6”. You will find some helpful information. Take special care to read the threads on the 5.6 recovery script issue.

            Does anyone have any thoughts on the amount of downtime required to upgrade to from 5.5 or whatever to 5.7?
