Upgrade 3.7.1P to 5.4

Hello,

I seem to recall that in order to do this, it is recommended to go to 3.8 first? If this is true, can someone supply me with an upgrade path and explain why?

At a former employer, we went from 3.7 to 5.2 without going through 3.8 first.  I do remember having Quovadx helping out with getting the tcl scripts to work correctly, but otherwise, everything else went okay.

Hello Tim – It has been a long time…I hope all is well.  =)

The main reason in going to 3.8.1 first is so you get the shutdown mode added to your tcl scripts.

Hey Rick, how are you doing? Thinks are going well. Kids are growing fast. There are a lot of things I miss about Texas, but summer isn’t one of them.  🙂
