Unable to save Netconfig

Running QDXi 5.2 rev 2 on AIX 5.2.

Cannot save Netconfig changes, getting null pointer java exception error.

Open up a thread properties window and click on OK and the window doesn’t close, so we cannot save our changes.

I have seen 2 conditions that cause problems with saving the NetConfig.

1) Someone else has the lock on the file and you are in read only mode.

or

2) NetConfig gui appears to validate that all of the required directories are there.  Even if the directory is empty, it still needs to be there.

Not sure either of these will be your resolve, good luck….

A colleague of mine had an issue saving the NetConfig file (5.6 on AIX) and the reason was a missing directory.
