I open up the GUI, attempt to open an HL7 Configurator page and get a dialog with the words

<pre>Fatal Internal Error
Unable to register the config change listeners.
This is a serious error, you should contact Customer Support!
This is Fatal Error. This GUI will now exit
Error unmarshaling return header; nested exception is:
java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out</pre>
