      I’m trying to run the 5.3 server on my xp laptop for development purposes but when I try to start the process the HCIEngine blows up with this error message in the event viewer

      Faulting application hciengine.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.1.2600.1217, fault address 0x0000b2ab.

      Anyone know a workaround?
