TPS Directory Parse TCL to get filename

Can someone  out here can Help getting TCL code that parse the directory and get the filename and use that filename for routing files to respective folder.

I did search the clovertech form but that there are some TCL code but the results where not what i as able get.So can some body share the TCL .

The one i got from forum are

1) fileset_dir_parse_filter.tcl

2) fset_ib_dirParse_regexp.tcl

Any help on this would be to proceed from this  point i am stuck wiil very helpful
