thread stattus remain UP

      Hello, One of threads status remain UP once turning off the foreign system connection, the thread status remain up instead of opennning

      any ideal?

          Is the sending system a Windows environment?  WinSock never seems to send a FIN_ACK to trigger the thread to go into an opening state.  If it’s not Windows, it could still be the same problem with not receiving a FIN_ACK.
