Thread not writing to SMAT file

One of the threads in our setup has a checkmark next to Save Inbound Messages and a SMAT file name in the File text box.  The container process has been restarted one or two times to be sure that the configuration is set, but the thread is not generating a SMAT file and hasn’t been for quite awhile.

Any ideas why?  I haven’t checked all of the other threads, to be sure that they are working as configured, but I will eventually.
