The CloverTech Forums search functionality

Would anyone be able to explain how the forum’s search capabilities work?  I am curious what logic is behind it.  

For example, I recently posted a topic with the subject “Using OVER or forwarding a message to a different thread”.  

When I search for “over” or “OVER” with either search option “Search for any terms or use query as entered” or “Search for all terms” – I get zero returned results.  Any ideas?  I didn’t see anything in this forum or the FAQ on how the search function works.
