If you have had trouble finding TclCurl documentation on the web there is a good reason.  Here is a messages from Andres Garcia who originally ported cURL to Tcl

My ISP suddenly decided that in the Facebook era nobody needs personal web pages anymore and deleted them without a warning.

Fortunately, Steve Havelka has set a mirror:

But I don’t when there will be a new release.
