Are you working with HBB/Wyndgate? Just curious. I “sort of” developed one myself. In the xlt, I put a KILL in the message for any test codes that are not within my specifed range (in my case, any test code <17000 and > 17999 get a KILL code). Then, I have a post trans tcl which looks for the KILL, and if present, it gets zapped. There are many ways to do this, but this way works best for us here at the moment. I’m still on 3.7.1P.
I should have mentioned I was looking for a TCL script solution and
not a TCL within a XLT.
Funny you should mention HBB/Wyndgate . We do have HBB and I did create a script to filter LAB codes. The TCL script looks for the first character of the code range ie ‘4’ for the range of 4000-4999.
I will probably use and modify this script but I guess I was looking for a
command which looked at the range 4000-4999 ( like a greater than and less than) .
BTW . I notice you had queried the forum a while ago about Star – HPF interface. Did you complete this ? How well did it go ?
