TCL packages

This may seem like a stupid question. But I am in the process of breaking a clinic off from a hospital.  So I am moving all the thread and process and scripts to a new interface engine for the clinic.

Several procedures are looking for packages that appear not to be present. I went directly into TCL and issued the “package require HL7” and it tells me package not found.  

Can someone tell me are these packages are part of the standard install?

If not where is the best source for these packages?  My counter parts in the hospital see think they are part of the standard install and I should not have this problem.

It depends on which packages you are using.  A common one is ftp(.tcl) which is not included with Cloverleaf.  Most of the packages included with Cloverleaf are stored in the $HCIROOT/tcl/lib/cloverleaf directory.

Do you have access to the system you pulled the script from?  You need to search it to find the package to copy over to the new system.
