TCL Grammer/Debugger

Newbie here.  Is anyone aware of/recommend:

1) a TCL grammar for Visual Studio?

2) a TCL debugger that can be used in place of the testing too?

I wasn’t lookiing for TCL.net, but what I’m interested in is an good syntax highlighting editor for TCL code.  

Textpad with the tcl.syn file does highlighting but doesn’t do the paren matching, code snips, etc that I’ve become attached to.  I’m a newbie with VS so am not capable of developing one myself, yet.

TextPad does do paren matching.  Try Ctrl-M

I at one time bought and used UltraEdit, which is very nice.  But now I use Notepad++, which works well and is free.
