Tcl failure in Trxid determination (103) – reprise

Has anyone had any issues with the following error (below) –

where the message (all HL7 ORM/ORU’s) goes to the error db,  

and a simple rerun of the message sends the message right out

without any changes to anything(at all)?

We use a UPOC tcl script to set TRXID’s and this works absolutely fine.

We are on Version: 6.1.2, but this has happened with we were on 6.0 as well.

The issue happens intermittently – there’s nothing in the log explaining

what Cloverleaf has taken issue with to fail the message.
