I think that is caused when the previously saved message has not been deleted.
The process I think is supposed to be:
– save off message to a global
– when acknowledgment received, delete the saved message.
– If timeout do what you want with the saved message (like resend) but delete the saved message because when the resend (or whatever) occurs the message gets saved again.
If I have the above wrong, I am sure someone will correct me.
