Just don’t copy them. If they are required segment the Xlate will produce an empty segment so one way is to change the OB variant to make the segments optional.
Now if you have BULKCOPY involved then you have essentially 2 choices with the Xlate. Either remove the BULKCOPY and use PATHCOPY/Copy combinations to build the OB message the way you want – or – COPY Null (@null) to the appropriate segments (PATHCOPY can help here) or fields.
