Currently, at least so far as I know, you have to go through a lot of hoops to resend messages to only one route. I suggest a feature be added that makes it possible to specify the route(s) a resent message should take.

Example: ConnRIS sends ORMs to two down streams using two different xlates (ConnLab, ConnRepo). For whatever reason, ConnRepo has requested that a day’s worth of messages be resent. We can resend the messages to ConnLab. So, what is to be done? The ideal way to do this would be to simply have a resend script/gui that allows you to safely specify the route(s).

        Max,

Are those two different outbound threads?

If so, is SMAT turned on for them?

        Are your SMAT messages archived?

If there is no need to re Xlate the inbound messafes (in other words, they just want the the same messages resent) then simply select the messages from the appropriate SMAT (archived or .old) and resend to the outbound thread.

I think that should take care of it for you unless there is something I am missing.

When it’s ok to resend from the outbound thread, smat works great. But, many times, for various reason, we have to resend from the inbound thread, post translation.
