Start mode runs twice with args

CL v5.8, Sun, Solaris 10, HL7 v2.3.1

I’m testing a tclproc using the runtime thread method.  I have it config’d to run in the start-mode.  Was running just fine until I added args (Thread Config, Outbound tab, TPS Outbound Data, Outbound TPS Editor, TPS Prpoerties).  Now the tcl switch “start” mode runs twice which is unwanted.  How do I get it back to run once?

I coded a workaround: if args == “” (its 2nd pass), then exit proc.
