smatdb message sequence in 6.1.2

we are seeing the first message with a “Time Saved” much later than the second record in the smatdb:

First message:

Time Saved: 01:52:52.933

  Am I missing something here Bob? The DB save times agree with the MSH.7 times.

  I have never seen this. Is the information from the SMATDB tool in the IDE or from another tool that you used to access the SMATDB?
