SMAT message selection does not indicate as selected in 611?

Please oh please tell me that there is a way to tell if you’ve  selected a record in the smat tool in 611 (non database)

IT USED To shade the display in prev versions?

This is dangerously close to unacceptable!

Bob,

As long as you don’t override the default GUI settings, you can see what messages are selected in file-based SMAT; SMAT DB is easily evident as it is a checkbox next to each message.  It’s only when you try to turn-off the new GUI look by invoking the “-Dhookloop=false” on your JVM arguments that you lose the visual indication of the selected messages in file-based SMAT.
