SMAT DB Mark All/Resend not working

Anyone else encounter this when moving to 6.1?  When I go into the SMAT DB and Mark All Messages, if I resend them, it writes 0 messages to file.  However, if I individually select files, or select them with the button at the top of the list next to Message ID (which selects that page of message) it works.

It is not an issue with volume.  I can set up criteria to filter down to a handful of messages in view.  If I hit Mark All Messages, even if there are only 5, it still writes no messages.
