Setting up HTTPS outbound ADT

We are currently on Cloverleaf 5.8.2

We are trying to set up an ADT outbound using HTTPS. I found the https_client.doc here that has the screenshots and have my interface set up just like it says. But I am still getting an error.

(httpQuery/Run) Error fetching  URL     https://(IP):(Port): HTTP/1.1 400 cURL ERROR 7: Couldn’t connect to server

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
