Setting up CLAPI in 19.1.0.1 (Could not retrieve projects from CLAPI)

Attempting to setup the CLAPI so that I can try out things like the new clwizard!

When running hciserveradmin:
– all checkboxes are checked (including Enable Cloverleaf API)

The online docs are all there.

When I attempt to access the clwizard via: https://our-server:15047/clwizard/

I get the error:

Could not retrieve projects from CLAPI, please make sure that CLAPI is enabled before trying to log in.

  If you do a netstat on the port, is it up and listening? Perhaps bounce host server

    Yes the server is up on that port.
    
    The Web Server is sending me the message over that port:
    
    Could not retrieve projects from CLAPI, please make sure that CLAPI is enabled before trying to log in.

  Make sure you have basic or advanced security enabled as well. CLAPI will not work with “no security” set.
