Set up new thread but doesn’t receive messagses

Any idea what causes this?  It’s happened a few times before, and it seems to correct itself after a while, but it’s really irritating.

I just built a new thread to just receive A04 messages. The process for the thread that sends to it has been bounced. Everything looks ok.  But it’s not receiving any messages.  A04 messages are being sent. But the thread indicates it hasn’t received anything.  

I  tried deleting the routing and re-creating it.  Same thing.

What could cause this?  CL6.0 running on Windows server.

Is this a Cloverleaf thread sending to a Cloverleaf thread or is it an outside system sending to Cloverleaf?

Have you turned up the engine noise level to se if there are any clues there?

If Cloverleaf to Cloverleaf, is the sending thread configured to wait for replies? If so, is the receiving thread set up to provide a reply?

Are there a lot of messages in the Recovery DB in this site?

Color me embarrassed.  A TCL proc was failing.  It’s fixed now. Thanks for pointing out what to look for.
